Half Done!

How many of us crafters have endless boxes of half done cards.....

My first card was not out one of my many boxes but for a friend next week. Penny black stamp, re stamped on to doodlebug paper and cut out with a sizzix flourish a flower and some sparkly gems.

Hurrah! the half done box has been re opened, or one of them. This was a card I done last year for Mothers Day and stamped a few extra to make up, but as we all know NEVER GOT ROUND TO IT!

I love this Penny Black stamp, actually I love all Penny Black Stamps....... Cute little Hedgey in the flowers painted with twinkling H2O's matted and layered with a bit of ribbon a few brads and a craftwork cards sentiment.

Oh no it's a mouse..

Hi All a challenge I saw, not sure where a week or so ago but I have just got round to doing it. The stamp is Penny Black that I have had a while and not used it yet, but I have now. Double sided paper from Pebbles inc and a piece of pink card (oh no not PINK again) I will try and do some other colours for you. It has just been a coincidence really! The mouse was water coloured. Hope you like him and thanks for all your lovely comments on my last two postings. I really appreciate it.

Treacles challenge

Sorry the picture are not that good, Im no David Bailey by any means.
Anyway back to the challenge! Fun had at Crafts U love sale today, and yes my purse is again lighter and Mum's. Lots of bargains to be had. A lovely demo by Stamping Caz with Magnolias and some lovely bears, on seeing Tilda with the Rose I just had to buy her....
My challenge was set by Tracey as I left the shop I had to go home and make a card with my new stamp and post it on my blog tonight. Not one but two, one watercoloured and one stamped on paper and cut out, sorry they are both pink I just used some papers that were out amongst the many things on my craft table/floor/room.....

Calendar no not me silly!!!

I found this idea on Nancy Morgan's website so my first thank you to Nancy. A big big thank you to mrs wonka for her inspiration for the design. I fiddled n diddled until I got the size I wanted and was happy with the layout. I am pleased to say the finished effect was very much appreciated by my fav friend Sandra who I made this for. Of course I had to make myself one too. There is also a link for the free Calendar. I know its a bit late for this year but Hey Ho!!!!

Pale pink was the challenge.

Yet another January Birthday (almost as hated as December Birthdays for us card makers) something quite simple Penny black stamp with a embossed cuttlebug background, and the important bit all in pale pink..........

At last I hear you all say!

Sorry I have been making bits n pieces but the Calendar I made I can not show till Saturday as the friend it is for has not got it yet and I do not want to spoil what I hope will be a nice surprise. I will load on Saturday (promise)

Just a little card. I had to make a sympathy card for a friend so I made two but only put the sentiment on the one I posted.
Magenta stamp from one of the puzzle sets. This one I coloured with metallic glaze pens watered out. I watercoloured the other one and I liked both the effects. A mount and stuck it to a 10 x 10 card.
