Magenta Peel offs

What a fabulous day with Jane Gill and a bunch of lovely ladies and it gets even better the sun was shining.

The first card we made was using doodlebug papers a Magenta peel off which was coloured in with watered down jelly glaze pens.

The second card was made using the peel off and the negative. Not sure who the paper was by I think it may have been Bo Bunny, again the butterfly was coloured with various . gel/glaze and stardust pens

Oh wow this was fun! the peel off leaves were stuck to vellum and cut out. We then just placed them very carefully in a trail of Silicone glue, praying it resembled a flower shape!!!!  Finished with a pile of seed beads for the centre of the flower. As much as it looked scary it was very enjoyable. Thank you Jane for another lovely day!

Get Well Soon Tracy

Oh what a lovely weekend does'nt it make you feel so much better when the sun is shining and the evenings are still light at 8pm. A friend of mine had a opperation a few weeks ago, A bit late I know but the thought was there I promise. I like this Popcorn the bear stamp coloured with distress inks. Good old Martha Stewart punch and a cuttlebug embossing folder, a tiny piece of Doodlebug paper from a draw with some old designs in. The message was a peel off on a stamping up punch and a few handmade Daisy's.

Thakyou for looking at my blog and leaving such kind comments.

HOW DOES YOUR GARDEN GROW?

The secret crafters Saturday challenge just fitted the image for my sweet new Sarah Kay stamp. Oh and wow what a difference a new paintbrush makes, its finer so much easier to paint with! I used distress inks to paint, flowers and leaves made with various punches and the papers were my minds eye fresh flowers/bloom & grow and basic grey two scoops. Happy Easter to you all and if my day goes to plan I may even post a Easter card later. Thank you for looking and your comments are always a joy to read.
