Sorry about the picture, but it does say let it snow. A quick and easy card with Cuttlebug embossing folder then chalked and stickled ( Well of course) with a Sissix swirl and your not the boss of me Cuttlebug Alphabet for the words.
My new personal impressions stamp, stamped embossed and matted from an idea seen at the Glitter pot think the card was by Kay Webb
