The dress was a template I got from my friend Junie Moon but I reduced it in size and cut off the hanger, cut out in glitter card. I matted on white then pink a glitter twenty one from Quickutz Roxy and shoes. Lower panel white embossed on pink with Pink Toile from crafts u love and a doodlebug gem.
